Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm a third year Ranger from Ontario. This is my tenth year in Guiding, and also my busiest - I'm a Junior Leader in a Guide Unit and a Brownie Unit, and I'm working away at my Chief Commissioner's Award and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Outside of Guiding I play the piano, saxophone and clarinet, and I've recently started curling. I love going camping and travelling, and in my spare time I like listening to music, shopping, reading, playing board games, and surfing the Internet. Some of my favourite TV shows are The Big Bang Theory, Doctor Who, The Ricker Mercer Report, Bones, and Friends, and Grease is my favourite movie. My iPod is full of Great Big Sea and the Barenaked Ladies, and my bookcase is well stocked with Maureen Johnson, John Green, and J.K. Rowling. This is my final year of high school, and my favourite classes are history, French, music, chemistry and physics (seriously). When I'm not doing homework on the computer (or writing a blog post), I'm probably on Facebook, Twitter or YouTube.
